The chain index decreased and remained the general level rose by 6 cities in June as compared with previous month. The growth rate of chain index within 0.5 percent in the cities with increasing price, while that of 24 cities dipped.

The sales prices of newly constructed residential buildings in 70 medium and large-sized cities decreased in 3 cities, while that of 28 cities dropped, year-on-year. In June, the growth rate of 39 cities within 0.5 percent, year-on-year, while that of 3 cities increased over May.

II. Sales Prices of Second-Hand Residential Buildings

The sales prices of second-hand residential buildings in 70 medium and large-sized cities decreased in 19 cities, while that of 12 cities remained general level. The growth rate of chain index within 1.0 percent in the cities with increasing price, while that of 36 cities within 0.5 percent.

The sales prices of second-hand residential buildings in 70 medium and large-sized cities decreased in 5 cities, and that of 1 city increased over May. The growth rate of 24 cities dropped. In June, the growth rate of 48 cities within 5.0 percent, year-on-year.
