In terms of different industry structures, investments of primary, secondary, and tertiary industry amounted to 58.3, 1599.2 and 2050.7 billion yuan, expanding 82.1, 27.8 and 31.6 percent respectively, year-on-year.
In terms of different sectors, investments of mining and washing of coal stood at 46.4 billion yuan, a year-on-year rise of 36.6 percent; that of production and supply of electricity and heat was accounting for 210.7 billion yuan, climbing 18.0 percent; that of extraction of petroleum and natural gas grew to 49.2 billion yuan, increasing 10.1 percent; railway transport valued at 96.7 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 94.2 percent; that of manufacture of non-metallic mineral products arrived at 124.5 billion yuan, rose 58.6 percent; that of smelting and pressing of ferrous metals reached 81.8 billion yuan, growing 4.7 percent; and that of smelting and pressing of non-ferrous metals hit 55.6 billion yuan, with a rise of 26.3 percent.
In terms of registration status, investments of domestic funds enterprises stood at 3,362.4 billion yuan, surging 34.6 percent year-on-year; that of enterprises with funds from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan valued at 143.9 billion yuan, rising 0.3 percent; and that of foreign funded enterprises standing at 184.3 billion yuan, reduced 1.2 percent year-on-year.
In terms of construction and new starting projects, the cumulative number of urban construction projects was accounting for 172473, a year-on-year increase of 34597; that of total planned investment of construction project stood at 24,889.3 billion yuan, climbing 29.8 percent year-on-year; that of number of project started this year valued at 86420, increased 26744 year-on-year; that of total planned investment of new starting projects amounted to 3,679.7 billion yuan, a rise of 90.7 percent year-on-year.
In terms of volume of positioned funds, investment in urban areas hit 5,003.8 billion yuan, a year-on-year rise of 34.6 percent. Of which, the volume of positioned funds of domestic loans and self-rising funds increased 31.2 and 37.4 percent respectively, while that of foreign investment fell 0.7 percent.
