In terms of different industry structures, investments of primary, secondary, and tertiary industry amounted to 91.5, 2304.2 and 2956.4 billion yuan, expanding 79.7, 29.1 and 34.9 percent respectively, year-on-year.
In terms of different sectors, investments of mining and washing of coal stood at 72.9 billion yuan, a year-on-year rise of 38.4 percent; that of production and supply of electricity and heat was accounting for 297.7 billion yuan, climbing 20.5 percent; that of extraction of petroleum and natural gas grew to 69.7 billion yuan, increasing 10.1 percent; railway transport valued at 133.8 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 110.9 percent; that of manufacture of non-metallic mineral products arrived at 183.8 billion yuan, rose 56.2 percent; that of smelting and pressing of ferrous metals reached 119.2 billion yuan, growing 7.0 percent; and that of smelting and pressing of non-ferrous metals hit 82.8 billion yuan, with a rise of 25.8 percent.
In terms of registration status, investments of domestic funds enterprises stood at 4,878.6 billion yuan, surging 36.8 percent year-on-year; that of enterprises with funds from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan valued at 197.8 billion yuan, dipped 0.3 percent; and that of foreign funded enterprises standing at 248.2 billion yuan, boomed up 1.9 percent year-on-year.
In terms of construction and new starting projects, the cumulative number of urban construction projects was accounting for 216420, a year-on-year increase of 47912; that of total planned investment of construction project stood at 27,583.7 billion yuan, climbing 33.8 percent year-on-year; that of number of project started this year valued at 123878, increased 39510 year-on-year; that of total planned investment of new starting projects amounted to 5,330.0 billion yuan, a rise of 95.9 percent year-on-year.
In terms of volume of positioned funds, investment in urban areas hit 6,829.5 billion yuan, a year-on-year rise of 37.0 percent. Of which, the volume of positioned funds of domestic loans and self-rising funds increased 34.4 and 37.9 percent respectively, while that of foreign investment fell 3.1 percent.
